Every Thanksgiving we prepare a huge feast at my grandparents’ home. When I was younger, my grandmother and grandfather are the ones who would always prepare the food. Now that they’re older, my parents and my sister and I have been taking on more of those responsibilities each passing Thanksgiving. I hope we can give our family, especially my grandparents, a good Thanksgiving dinner this year.

Growing up we always went to my Aunt’s Homestead farm and had a goose they had raised for Thanksgiving dinner.

One Thanksgiving, I made a beautiful coconut cream pie for lunch at my in laws. As I was taking it out of the oven, it slipped out of my hands and spilled all over the kitchen floor. How embarrassing to show up with no dessert!!!

We have such a crazy large amazing fun family , it always moves 1/2 to the garage…where they are loud and funny and full of great food…this light would be an amazing help (for all the holidays) and my folks….thank you….

I love cooking all the fixings at Thanksgiving. My husband and I have combined the best of both of our recipes to make an awesome dinner for the family. We start prepping everything the day before. Turn the music on loud and dance and sing in the kitchen! Life is good!
