Warranty periods vary by category and region — from 1 year (Pool Lights) up to a Lifetime Warranty for select grow light bulbs. See the full Warranty Policy for your product.
US, Canada, EU, and UK: 5–7 business days. Rest of the World: 7–14 business days.
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of receipt. After that, we can only process exchanges for warranty-related issues.
You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@sansiled.com.
