How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I recently purchased two grow lamps from your company, and while I appreciate the quality of the product, I regret to say that they do not fully meet my expectations. I found the design to be quite challenging in several ways:
- The wrapping of the lamps is rather hard and inconvenient, which unfortunately resulted in damage to some of my furniture.
- The placement and manipulation of the lights are not as ergonomic as I had hoped, making it difficult to position them effectively.
- Lastly, I’ve struggled to bend the lamps into the desired shape to properly illuminate the intended areas.
I returned the item and had to pay the shipping back.
I appreciate these lights - and the timer really works
They’re very easy to install and reliable to go on and off as scheduled.. They do get very warm keep them out of reach of children and pets.The plants are now thriving.

Easy to set up. Arms are fairly strong and stay in position. The edges of the bulbs do get hot to th touch and will burn so be very careful to not bump them or have where children could touch them. I have not seen a lot of changes in my plants yet but its only been 2 week. The tiny monkey tail cactus is the only one reaching for the light so far.
