How many items can I buy in one order?
There is no limitation per order in normal circumstances. Specific limitation will be applied for certain products.
Do I need to pay immediately after the order is placed?
After your order is placed, please make payment within the period indicated on the payment page, otherwise the order will be canceled.
How can I get an update on my order status?
Generally the tracking info will be updated in about 2 business days through email after the shipment of order.
Multiple discount codes are set for one promotion, what should I do if I cannot use them in the same order?
You can place separate orders if the discounts on the products you want to buy are not the same. Free shipping is provided with customers in US, CA, EU and UK.
Why does this light make a sound or flash when it is dimmed？
There are have two possibilities caused this problem.
- This bulb is not compatible with your dimmer. Please check the type of dimmer.
- This bulb is a defective light while its driver might have some defects. If that’s the reason,
we'd love to send a replacement to you.
- The light itself cannot be dimmed.
Does the lampshade get hot when you use it?
The LED light bulb’s lampshade is not hot. Because the ceramic light body conducts the heat produced by the LED lamps through the way of convection, which extends the lamp life.
The lamp is broken within the warranty period. Can I change it?
Please tell us the order number and where you bought the product. Could you please send us some pics or videos of all the damaged lights not working regularly when connected to power supply? We'll arrange a replacement ASAP after checking it.
I bought the wrong lamp. Can I return it and change another?
Please send us pictures or videos of the light that was improper works, then we'll provide an address for you to return it back and exchange for you or issue a refund after checking.
I'm very worried about the life of the product.
Please don't worry about the life of this product. We offer a full 5-year warranty on all products. We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. How long does it take for me to get my refund?
Generally it takes approximately 5-10 business days. Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to their account. Processing time can vary between banks.
If a product has multiple specification options, can I receive any one I choose?
No, not all specifications can be shipped to the same country or region.
For example, customers in the United States can only receive products with the specification of US E26 Base 120V, and Europe with EU E27 220V.
If your address is in the United States, but you have purchased EU products, we cannot ship these items to you address, and vice versa.
If you accidentally buy the wrong specification, our staff will contact you to help change the specification, and make up/refund the difference if has.
Can I still use the discount code on clearance products?

No, all of our white light plant lights do not contain UV light and will not do harm to human eyes and skin, please rest assured to use.
What is the difference between the growing bulb of our clip-on multi-head grow lamps and other red/blue/purple lights? Which is better for seedlings and plant growth?
Our clip-on multi-head grow lamps adopt sunlight-like spectrum. The spectral composition contains (red/blue/purple and other parts of the spectrum), which meets the growth of plants at all stages while also avoiding the damage of single red or blue light to human eyes.
Does the price of product I purchased on the website include VAT and import fees?
We only cover VAT and import fees for orders from US, CA, EU and UK. For orders from the rest of world, VAT and import fees should be paid by customers.
If I receive a damaged package, can I request a refund or exchange?
We'll not provide warranty service if just the box is damaged.
We only provide our customers with warranty service if there is any quality issues with the product.
We suggest that you can try contacting the logistics company to ask for compensation in the event of only box is damaged.
