When will my order start processing ?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out with 48 hours. If you have a special case or requirement please note us. (In the process of adding to cart you can leave note to us).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- It takes 2-3 working days by Express shipping after you place an order and we complete shipment. For Standard shipping, most orders will arrive 5-7 working days after shipment is completed.
- We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations, SANSI will try our best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.
If more than 8 to 10 business days passed from this date and you have still not received your delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team via email email@example.com and we will willingly assist you with your concerns.

Do you ship nationwide?
We offer worldwide shipping, currently, we have warehouse in US, UK, EU, CA, for the rest of the world, we will ship your order from our factory in China directly.
How much do you charge for shipping and delivery?
Currently, we offer FREE shipping for most of the countries. Freight cost are variable and are based on the delivery post code, the weight of your order and whether you are a retail or wholesale customer. You may be eligible for FREE SHIPPING see as below.

Free shipping is only available for the products that have inventory in the local warehouse, for the product that is out of stock or unavailable we suggest an exchange or cancelation. and if you're willing to pay the extra shipping cost, we could ship out from our factory in China directly. We appreciate your understanding!
Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and you can view anytime in your "my cart" page when you enter your shipping information. Orders from the rest of the world, the actual shipping cost will be calculated and notify you via email.
How can I track the delivery of my orders?
We process all shipments through leading shipping service providers. After your order has been fullfilled, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the partner of the shipping service within 1-2 business days that you can use to track shipments on the website of the logistics company concerned.

Do you ship during holidays?
Your orders will be proceed during the holidays (thanksgiving, Christmas), but the shipping time will take longer according to the local carrier.
