Why doesn't the smart grow light turn on at the scheduled time?
You can set the schedule on the luminaires page. When the device is offline, the saved schedule will still work. Prolonged disconection may cause a slight time deviation. When Wi-Fi is reconnected, the light will automatically synchronize time.
How to control smart grow light under different network conditions?
For optimal performance, control the light via Wi-Fi when you have a stable network If the Wi-Fi conection is poor, you can switch to Blue toath control, which requires your phone to be near the light. Keep the phone and device within 0-10 ft.
Does this APP only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks?
Yes For first-tme use, folow the insure Wifi is enabled on your phone. The APP only supports Wi-Fi 24GHz networks. Also, ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
How far should it be from the light for the connection to be successful?
When adding the smart grow light, keep your phone and the light within 0-10 ft (0-3 m).
