SANSI outdoor lights are an effective security solution for homes and businesses. With bright LED illumination, adjustable settings, and motion detection, these lights offer illumination exactly when needed, deterring potential intruders and improving visibility in dark areas. Easy to install, energy-efficient, and durable.
Test Mode
Light works for 5 seconds during the day or night when in test mode.
It was designed to check whether the sensor can work properly.
On-Time Mode
Both in the day time and night time, the LED light source will light up when the product is switched on and turns off when the product is switched off.
Dusk to Dawn Mode
Light turns on automatically at dusk and turns off automatically at dawn when in d2d mode.
Auto(Motion Sensor Mode)
Light only works for 1-10 minutes at night when in auto mode. it depends on the working time you set, lf you flip the home switch off for 1-2 seconds and then switch on, then lightwill work constantly for up to 8 hours at night. To back the auto mode, flip the switch off andon again. lt also will be automatically back to auto mode when it's bright around (>150 LUX).
Lux Setting
The LUX switch was designed to set the brightness value for the sensor.Recommend set to halfway.
1. If the ambient brightness is higher than your setting, it's defined as “daytime” and the light doesn't turn on;
2. If the brightness is lower than your settingit is defined as “night" and your light will turn on.
3. High LUX will turn the light on all the time；Low LUX will cause the light to flash.
Easy to Install
- Fix the mounting plate onto the junction box (Notice❗️: Junction box is not included in the package).
- Connect the wires (Black - hot wire; White -negative wire; Green -ground wire).
- Fix the Led light on the mounting plate.
- Choose the working mode.
Two Installation Options
Soffit Mounted
1. Start by securing the mounting plate to the junction box.
2. Turn the fixture upside down and connect the wires by color, then secure it in place with screws.
3. Once the fixture is installed, adjust the light heads to direct the illumination where needed.
Wall Mounted
4. Rotate the PiR sensor downward and outward, ensuring that the light heads face upward and the sensoris oriented downward. This adjustment minimizes the impact of surrounding light on the sensor, enhancingits performance.

Why does the light keep flashing at night in D2D mode?
The flashing is likely due to a low LUX seting. increase the LUX level to match the ambient brightness. Also, position the light heads facing up and the sensor facing down to reduce interference from surrounding light.
Why does the light stay on at night in Auto mode?
This is likely due to a high LUX setting,which can keep the ight on. To fix this,lower the LUX setting to match the ambient brightnes.Also, position the light heads up and the sensor down to reduce interference from surrounding light.
Why is the light activated by motion during daytime in Auto/D2D mode?
The LUX seting may be higher than the ambient light in your environment, causing the system to interret it as"night"and turn on when motion is detected.Try lowering the LUX setting to resolve this issue.
How to reset the light?
- Turn off the power to the light for 30 minutes.
- Turn the power back on.
- Re-adjust all settings and check if it works properly.lf the light is still malfunctioning, reset it and adjust all settings again.
Is this a solar floodlight? ls it battery powered?
No, this floodlight is neither solar nor battery powered. It is Ac powered and must be hardwired to a junction box.
What is the recommended mounting height for this light?
The recommended installation height is between 3.2 and 13.1 feet.
What size junction box is required?
A standard 4.5-inch round junction box is recommended.
Why does the light turn on and off every minute?
If the light is in Auto/D2D mode and keeps flashing, try adusting the LUX knob to a higher setting until the fashing stops.The suggested position is halfway.
