I bought a motion detector light three years ago 2021 worked perfect when I went to buy another one I noticed they offered a five year warranty si I contacted them and paid shipping fees and sent me a new one just replaced it and works great..

I had to replace a unit that had failed while under warranty… The process has now changed as SANDI now requires photos and or video of the unit together with proof of purchase date. These requirements I gave to SANSI and shortly afterwards they said they would replace the broken unit, which would be covered by the remaining warranty. SANSI have looked after my requirements and my customer requirements very well. Therefore, I ordered 4 more Security Lights from them for STOCK… SANSI will always reply to you via email, and will honour their Warranty which is a service second to none… 10/10 I cannot recommend SANSI enough to anyone who is looking for a great product and a great Warranty Cover… William Hume 24 Manor Park Oxfordshire.
