Replacement lamp

I recently had a problem with a Sansi LED outdoor lamp. This failure occurred after about 2 years, but the lamp was still under warranty. I contacted the company and was given the option of shipping the bad lamp back and 1) getting a free replacement or 2) paying $10 to receive the replacement lamp -- I took #2, which I think is a fair price. The charge payment procedure was easy and the replacement lamp arrived in about a week. I am very pleased with the service and quality of Sansi products.
