Absolutely love the lights I ordered and so far my plants seem to love them too. Everything on that front is in good working order and I can finally breathe easy about my echeverias which always want to etiolate.
However I also received two extra household bulbs that I didn't order, which I assume were intended as "thank you for your order, be sure to check out these products too" gifts, and one of them didn't work! The one that does work seems great though
So maybe double-check quality control for your gift items or something? Not a huge deal for me since I didn't have to pay for them, and I do very much appreciate the gift!

I can’t say whether they have helped yet or not. But they haven’t killed my plants. I like the dimmer and timer. Fast shipping and packages well. I would recommend putting an extra sticky tab in the box because if you need to move it it won’t re stick to anything.
I was pleasantly surprised by how bright these lights are! I plan to buy another set for another location. They're great!
