2. The product arrived initially with an issue in the stability of the movable arms. However, it was promptly replaced by your team, and the reshipping was done quickly. Thank you for that!
3. The overall manufacturing quality of the product is excellent. The materials used are top-notch, and the quality of the wiring and control buttons is also impressive.
4. The control of the arm is somewhat acceptable, especially when positioned horizontally. However, there is a tendency for the arm to shift from its position over time, which forced me to adjust it frequently.
5. When placed vertically from top to bottom, it performs excellently and serves its purpose well.
6. The bulbs are not surrounded by a metallic shield to protect against heat. Therefore, being close to or touching the bulb can result in a high heat sensation, which could potentially cause burns.
7. The quality of the lighting is outstanding, with excellent diffusion and color stability. Additionally, the color temperature is very suitable.
