Note: The following warranty terms are for purchases made through official SANSI Sales channels only (SANSI, Amazon, and ebay). If you purchased through other channels or a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.

• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Although we rigorously enforce high quality standards through multiple testing phases, mistakes and defects do occasionally occur. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll get back to you within three business days.

• Unsatisfied with your new SANSI product for any reason? Submit a claim within 30 days of purchase to receive a replacement or full refund.

• For US/CA region, SANSI provides a full 5-year warranty on the following product categories, includes LED security lights, LED bulbs, and LED grow light bulbs, provides 1-year warranty on LED pool Lights and provides 3-year warranty on Red light therapy, exclude the categories mentioned before, all other product categories are offered a 2-year warranty. 
• For EU/UK region and rest of world region, SANSI provides 1-year warranty on LED pool Lights and provides 3-year warranty on Red light therapy, exclude the categories mentioned before, all other product categories are offered a 2-year warranty.

• Product-Specific Warranty: Due to the E26/E27 socket design, the bulbs for multi-head clip grow lights are replaceable, we provide whole-life warranty for the bulbs.
• Please refer to the product description page for details. If you encounter any quality issues during this period, feel free to contact us by support@sansiled.com. Within the warranty period, the replacement for product is free, but the shipping fee will be charged accordingly after 6 months.
