Natural 4000K Daylight

SANSI grow lights use full-spectrum natural light (similar to sunlight) which provides a more comfortable viewing experience compared to red-blue light spectra. Moreover, it effectively reduces the harmful effects of blue light on the eyes.

Height Adjustable

Features a height-adjustable stand ranging from 79-90 inches. You can easily adjust the height by rotating the metal ring on the stand to maintain the optimal lighting distance between the light source and your plants.

The pan-tilt head ① is connected to the power cord and non-detachable. ② Rotate and connect the rodsaccording to the required height.

Upgraded Ground Stakes

Features an upgraded triangular support stake with two fixed stakes and one 360° rotating stakes(Easy to Install), making it ideal for large potted plants and ground use. The triangular design offers superior anti-tip stability. Two fixed stakes ensure secure anchoring in soil, while the 360° rotating stake allows flexible angle adjustment to accommodate varying pot diameters and planting layouts.

Dimming Capabilities

Features 4-level dimming functionality (25-50-75-100PCT), allowing you to precisely adjust brightness according to plant species and growth stage. For routine care, medium brightness (50PCT to 75PCT) is recommended, while plants requiring intense light should be set to 100PCT.

Timing Capabilities

Freely set illumination durations of 4/8/12 hours and features a 24-hour automatic cycle function. It provides plants with a stable lighting rhythm, eliminating the need for daily manual switching.

Full Spectrum

This full-spectrum simulated sunlight wavelength meets the high-light requirements of tall broadleaf plants indoors, providing uniform illumination to the foliage layer and promoting thick, glossy leaves. Suitable for plants such as Bird of Paradise, Fiddle-Leaf Fig, and Monstera.

Just buy the lights, man. They're good.

Just delivered today 3/1/25, didn't use the rods to set it up, just attached to the wall behind this mirror. No notes on usage yet, but it's SANSI brand so I'm fairly confident. Really liked how sturdy the arms are, don't feel flimsy at all, light are bright without being BLINDING (I'm a 'no big lights ' kinda gal but that doesn't go hand in hand with grow lights, yeah?). Really, really happy with this setup. Will try to report back in months with updates on growth & effectivity but for now, 5/5.

Impressive growth on my dragon fruit

I've already got a bunch of grow lights in my indoor grow space. I always seem to end up with too many plants, so if I have more lights, I can grow more plants, right? Lol.. I put this light in my dragon fruit pot and it's growing better than it should indoors. Normally, I only get really skinny pencil-thin growths when I store dragon fruit indoors. The ones I have outside are growing normal full size segments. Now that I have this light on the indoor dragon fruit, they're growing like the ones that are outside but without the risk of frost or sunburn. I'm not sure it would be enough light to push them to actually flower and fruit but it's keeping it very healthy while I have to store it indoors. This light is pretty simple to use. I'm keeping it on the brightest setting for 12 hours.I'm including 2 pictures. One of them shows the skinny growths that I usually get when growing indoors and the other picture shows how it's growing now with this light. the whole area has light from multiple lights at a bunch of different angles. So they would survive without adding this light. But this one's making a big difference. So I plan on continuing to use it.

Excellent grow light you add directly to the pot with a 3 stake metal fork. Needs a stand option.

I got this grow light for the big bamboo palm in my living room. However, our pup decided that the palm looked like a great stick to play with. I came home to soil all over the floor and a palm that had been shredded. Thankfully, the vet said our pup would be fine; the plant wasn’t poisonous to dogs. But I think I’ll hold off on getting a new one until our pup is a little older. I was able to test the light even without a pot to put it in, and everything worked perfectly. I wish the SANSI grow light came with a stand base too. If it did, it would now be helping my smaller plants thrive. It is very well constructed, with some weight to it compared with other grow lights that I’ve tried. The quality is definitely better here. It comes with 3 screw together sections for height adjustment, and 3 separate adjustable LED grow light arms making it easy to adjust coverage for your plants. The cord has a really nicely designed switch that includes a 4/8/12 hour timer and a button to choose 4 levels of brightness. The bottom pole screws into a thick solid metal fork that opens up into a well spaced 3-prong stake. The stake is made to go straight down into a large potted plant. A black powder coat finish is well applied, and the color blends with almost any decor. Again, the destruction of my large plant made me wish this grow light came with a stand base as well as the metal fork. That way, it could be used either staked in a large pot or as a stand-alone grow light. If it had both options, I’d be even happier with the quality of this grow light. Overall, it is an excellent grow light and a very good buy. I definitely recommend it.

Wish it had a base or smaller spike

I’m using this with my Raven ZZ plant and it’s been working great so far. Setup was simple, and I love that the timer automatically turns on at the same time every day once programmed. The brightness levels and adjustable height make it easy to position over taller plants. My only complaint is the spike base as it’s too large for most standard indoor pots. I had to zip-tie it directly to the pot leg to make it work. Aside from that design flaw, it performs really well.

Powerful, Well-Built Grow Light—Excellent for Large or Specimen Plants

I was pleasantly surprised by this SANSI grow light kit. Most lights in this category rely on USB power, which almost always means they’re underpowered and more decorative than functional. This one is different. At 45 watts, it delivers genuinely useful light output, and it shows. The light is bright, roughly in the 5,000K range to my eye, and appears to be true full spectrum. I’ve been running it for about a week now, and the plants under it are clearly responding well—good color, no stress, and visible signs of healthy growth. One of the biggest advantages of this setup is flexibility. Because the light bars can be positioned above and around a plant, it’s ideal for larger or specimen plants where you want to illuminate more than just the top canopy. That’s a big plus compared to fixed, top-down seedling lights. The lights do generate some warmth—not hot, but noticeably warm—which is actually beneficial in cooler rooms or for tropical plants that are sensitive to lower temperatures. Build quality is also better than expected. The metal support rod is thick and sturdy, not flimsy, and feels like it will hold up long-term.A nice bonus is the included three-spike ground anchor, which allows you to secure the unit outdoors or stabilize it over an in-ground plant. That makes this a versatile option for both indoor and protected outdoor use. That said, this probably isn’t the best choice for seed starting. For seedlings, I still prefer a dedicated, top-down light that can be kept very close to the plants. Where this light really shines is with established, mature plants that need strong, even light coverage.Overall, this is a high-quality, thoughtfully designed grow light with real power behind it. If you’re growing large indoor plants or specimen plants that need serious light, this is an excellent option and one I’m very happy to own. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A Reliable, Well-Designed Grow Light That Takes the Guesswork Out of Full Spectrum

The media could not be loaded.

TL;DRThis grow light was exactly what my jalapeño needed indoors, with strong, well-directed light, a smart stake design, and a spectrum that works without requiring deep plant knowledge.Value RatingAt $63.99, this feels like a fair and reasonable price for a 45W full-spectrum grow light with a built-in timer, dimming, and a stable ground stake. Comparable lights with similar wattage and features are often priced similarly, and this one avoids the bulky stands and awkward setups that can make indoor growing frustrating.Specifications• 45W LED grow light• Full spectrum, 4000K• 4/8/12-hour timer with automatic cycling• 4-level dimming (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)• Height adjustable approximately 79”–90”• Three flexible, 360° rotatable gooseneck heads• Triangular stainless steel ground stake• Corded electric• Claimed lifespan up to 25,000 hours• 2-year manufacturer service supportMy ReviewThis grow light solved a very specific problem for me: keeping my jalapeño healthy indoors until it can go back outside in a couple of months. Setup was straightforward, and the upgraded three-pronged stainless steel stake is the standout feature. Because it anchors directly into the soil of a large pot, I was able to place the light exactly where the plant needed it, without dealing with a space-hogging stand or trying to balance something nearby. The result is an even canopy of light right over the plant, which makes a real difference. What I think will help other buyers most is understanding why this light works. “Full spectrum” can be confusing and often feels like marketing jargon, but in practical terms, this light uses a balanced white spectrum around 4000K. That range provides both blue and red wavelengths, which are the parts of light plants actually use for growth, leaf development, flowering, and fruiting. For peppers like jalapeños, this balance is ideal for indoor growing because it supports healthy leaves while still encouraging flowers and fruit. The light output is also strong enough to matter. Based on the listed PPFD, this delivers a usable amount of light for a single large plant without overwhelming it. Combined with the dimming options, it’s easy to adjust brightness depending on how close the light is and how the plant responds. I’ve been running mine at moderate brightness, and my jalapeño has already perked up and looks healthier. The timer is another big plus. The 4, 8, and 12-hour options are simple and intuitive, and once it’s set, there’s nothing else to think about. That consistency matters for plants and makes this a good option for anyone who doesn’t want to micromanage their setup.

Nice Bright Full Spectrum Grow Light with a Good Timer!

I really like this full spectrum grow light and the fact that it comes apart in 3 sections, so the height can be adjusted. I bring plants into my art studio for the winter and didn’t need the total height for the plants I had, so I left one section out for now. The light is covering a number of plants with nice bright light. It’s so easy to put together since one section just screws into the next. It has a strong steel tripod type base that I put into the largest of the planters in my group of plants and the prongs are long enough to make it quite sturdy. I waited a couple days to review this to make sure the timers worked and that it would turn off at night and come back on in the morning. The timer can be set for 4, 8, or 12 hours of light and I have it set on 12 hours. It makes being gone for a few days or a few weeks very easy because I know my plants won’t be lacking for light. It has a good remote control attached and the light has 4 brightness settings and I have it on the brightest setting. The 3 arms are very easy to move up or down, or back and forth to adjust and are very sturdy. At this writing, I see that there is a discount, so it makes the price quite good! I have had many different types of grow lights and I would recommend this. If anything about it quits working, I will update this review.

Great light!

I have this light over my Thai Constellation and she’s loving it. Several settings for light intensity and sits securely in the pot you put it in.

Your own (very tall) sun!

Whoa! This grow light is HUGE. It comes with a very sturdy integrated pole that breaks down into sections that screw together. The three-prong base is very secure. Three soft hook-and-loop ties are included to help with cable management - I'm also using one of them to secure a too-long stalk of my bird of paradise to the light pole for support. The three (3) light panels are at the end of very firm, but flexible goosenecks to allow for adjustable placement. The assembly/use video included with this item's listing is extremely helpful. They only show the light being used on one tall plant, but honestly there's enough throw on these lights to light up an entire corner of my living room.I appreciate the cord's length - I can reach an outlet fairly easily without having to run any additional extension cords to the set up.The light has three settings that you cycle through by pushing the power button. The timer setting is set with a second button. You turn the light off with a long press of the power button. When you turn the light back on, it returns to the last light level you had previously set.I can't speak to the longevity of this product yet - I just got it, but it is providing exactly the type of light that I need for my houseplants in this Pacific Northwest Winter.
