I had a light fail after 3 years. They replaced it with no issue before my 5 year warranty was up. I received in a couple days. Very good customer service!

It’s all good however I did purchase a new Sensi similar to the ones you replaced, but I had to send it back because it wouldn’t shut off on any selection so I have to get another light of some kind to go above my garage one that works

I recently had a problem with a Sansi LED outdoor lamp. This failure occurred after about 2 years, but the lamp was still under warranty. I contacted the company and was given the option of shipping the bad lamp back and 1) getting a free replacement or 2) paying $10 to receive the replacement lamp -- I took #2, which I think is a fair price. The charge payment procedure was easy and the replacement lamp arrived in about a week. I am very pleased with the service and quality of Sansi products.

And you replacement light was delivered very quickly there was a$15 shipping fee but I believe it is a fair price considering the light was over 2 years old

Had light for about 3 years. Great light, until it wasn't. Emailed the company about the problom with the light. They got back to me right away and told me they would send me a replacement but I would have to pay the freight. I agreed and payed 15.00 freight, got a new light in about a week. Very happy with the light, the service and the company.

Thanks to the costumer service I received the substitute for my 36w bulb very quickly

I purchased 4 Sani led motion (45w) lights in passed 3 years. They are very bright. One has just stopped working. It is a high traffic area which may affect life span. I purchased a new one and also applied for a warranty replacement. Mandy was very helpful in generating replacement light. I have found that the lights work best with the LUX set at 25%. (turn the knob counterclockwise) Time on set to 50% and sensitivity turn clockwise to 75%. Sani could enhance the installation process by including a 6-inch piece of wire to hold the light to the bracket while connecting the wires. Save your receipts to help with any warranty issues. Very satisfied. Thanks Mandy.

It does not matter what was done or what was not done, it only matters that what was done was what was said would be done. They said a new light of the same model would be sent out for a $10 shipping fee and that is what they did. They said the new light would have equal or better performance and it did. There was complete follow through on everything that was said.

A great company for Sansi lighting.

I had a light fixture that was a little over five years old and out of warranty. I actually thought my light was still under warranty, but I didn’t notice the date. The company alerted me to that and said for $15 they would issue me a new light. How can I pass that up. That was fantastic and I really appreciate the fact that they did that.

The light I had purchased from Sansi lost functionality after 2.5 years, which was 6 months over the guarantee period. I asked Sansi if they could help as I thought the light, which had previously performed excellently, should have lasted longer. Sansi offered a replacement FOC if I would pay the Shipping Fee. This was a modest reasonable fee and excellent customer service offer which I accepted and Sansi made a prompt delivery of the replacement light. Thank you.

The light is still on Warrenty and the fee is in U.S. currency. I had to pay a third of the price of a new light. Since I am in Canada. I really like the light and appreciate the light has a 5 year warranty which is remarkable. The light works really well and I would buy another one.

Not sure what to say here. I'm generally satisfied with Sansi products. A five year warranty certainly helps to make the decision. Specifically on the shipping fee to replace a faulty product, I would rather that there wasn't one.

My floodlight failed after 4 years of light usage. I live in Minnesota so the weather and temperature extremes likely factored into this. SANSI replaced my light with a $15 shipping fee. Most reviews said they got completely free replacements but what isnt gong up in price?!
